Return & Refund Policy (90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee)

At TREVO, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a hassle-free refund within 90 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a refund or return under the following circumstances:

1. Product Not Working / Defective on Arrival

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item or offer a full refund.

2. Not Satisfied With the Product (90-Day Guarantee)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 90 days of receiving the product.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

3. Wrong Item Received

If we sent the wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost.

4. Change of Mind

Returns due to change of mind are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To start your refund or return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@try-trevo.com. Include your order number, the product name, and the reason for your request.
  2. Our support team will send you return instructions within 24 hours during working days.
  3. Send the product back using the instructions provided.
    (Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.)
  4. Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Timeframes

  • You must initiate the return within the allowed period (7 days for defects, 30 days for change of mind, 90 days for satisfaction guarantee).
  • Once we send your return instructions, you have 14 days to ship back the product.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned without contacting us first
  • Items with significant damage not caused by shipment or manufacturing defect
  • Gift cards or downloadable products
